Return and Refund Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where products are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

Change of Mind Returns

Rain Games accepts change of mind returns for eligible products subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in re-sellable condition
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Proof of purchase must accompany the returned product
  • Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
  • Approved returns will incur a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in this policy prior to approval of any refund.

Any returns deemed non-compliant with these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for change of mind returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Opened Trading Card Game (TCG) products
  • Trading card singles
  • Mystery products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products with damaged, broken, or removed seals

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact Rain Games within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging

Rain Games will assess all claims on a case-by-case basis and may provide one of the following remedies where appropriate:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund
  • Replacement of damaged or missing components where applicable

Order Cancellations

All purchases made through Rain Games are final.

Rain Games does not permit cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully prior to checkout, including product selections, quantities, shipping details, and payment information.

Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Rain Games and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed after approval. Additional processing times may apply depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return to Sender & Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to Rain Games due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect the parcel
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to arrange re-delivery with the shipping carrier

the customer will be responsible for paying a re-shipment fee before the order can be re-sent.

The standard re-shipment fee is:

  • AUD $15 for Australian orders

Orders will not be re-shipped until the applicable fee has been paid.
